Our coffee crop is sustainable and responsibly grown with fair wages to the co-op farmers in Chiapas, Mexico. Mid-Summer Night's Meadows is a local-run Heirlooms and Honey business. The herbs are grown at the WC Organic Farm. And our bee hives are located throughout Bastrop County on organic farms, so we know what our bees are eating to produce the desired "local" honey.
